Log into your Peak Readiness Account to start the return process.

Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, then submit your return request.

Return Approval:

Once your return request is reviewed by a manager, you will receive an email with a free return shipping label.

Return Shipping:

Use the provided return shipping label to send back the item(s). We cover the return shipping cost to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

No Exchanges: Since we offer easy, no-hassle returns, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please:

Return your initial order for a refund.

Place a new order for the replacement item you desire.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Customized or Personalized Items: These are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Products:

Late or Missing Refunds:

If we cannot resolve the issue, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact your bank.
